Return and Refund Policy

Please carefully review the items in your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. Keep in mind that there are no replacements or exchanges once your order has been placed. 

MyShai Bath & Body Treats is not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid address provided by the customer. Please be sure that your shipping information is up to date prior to finalizing your order. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the personal and sanitary nature of our products, we have a NO RETURN NO REFUND Policy. However there are isolated exceptions if there's a problem as result of an error on our part.

Please inspect your order upon receiving. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order due to damage, defectiveness, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at myShaibathandbodytreats@hotmail.com.  We will then evaluate the issue and come to a resolve.

If upon evaluation your request is accepted, we will make arrangements for return and/or compensate you accordingly. Items sent back to us without first communicating, will NOT be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
Approved refunds will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
